Two flavor packets on this one - Soup base and seasoning sauce.
The seasoning sauce packet had lots of sesame seeds in it and sesame oil and another flavor I've tasted before but I can't place - rice vinegar perhaps?
Neat stuff. The broth was a murky melange of flavor and floating seeds that nestled within the sea of noodles nicely. I liked it. 3.5 out of 5 stars!
I'm definitely craving for a plate of that right now. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe. This is definitely a must do recipe this weekend since I got my ISO 22000 Training.
